My main focus is to find clients who are looking to refinance, or get 2nd or 3rd mortgage as their credit score is low or income proof have issues. The prime A lenders as well B lenders are not able to offer them solutions hence they are looking for a private mortgage. I am licensed as a Level 2 agent which allows me to deal with private mortgages. I have access to direct private lenders, Mortgages Investment corporations and B lenders to offer solutions. I can offer mortgages all across Canada but mainly focus all across Ontario.

Success Stories

1-Client owned a paid off property which was deemed inhabitable by the town and had to be demolished. Client credit was poor, no cash to pay for the work and he was not able to get traditional finance on the property. We were able to get him a first mortgage for $150,000, he cleared all his debts, paid to demolish the client paid off a property and clear everything with the city. His credit score went up, after a year he sold the property and cleared the loan.

2-Client had 1st and second mortgage with high payments and wanted to get new 1st mortgage with better rate and we were able to get that done. The income was good but the credit was not that great. We were able to find a 75% LTV $650,000 1st mortgage as the house value had gone up and they are now only paying one payment and have cleared the debts in order to increase the credit score

3-Client had second and third mortgage on their house from Alpine credit. Very poor score and low income. We got them new second mortgage to pay off both 2nd and 3rd from Alpine. She was also able to pay off other credit card debts and bring score up. $325,000 2nd mortgage.

4-Client has 1st mortgage at good rate but have one HELOC at high rate as well as one personal LOC at high rate. They are maxed out on their credit cards and were paying high rates on all as well as high monthly payments. We were able to get them a new second mortgage to consolidate all debts to have a lower one payment at 55% LTV. $190.000 2nd mortgage closed. After one year, we will arrange a new 1st mortgage with A lender with lower interest rate as their score will be much higher.
